Implement Z80 IM 0 and IM 2

Description
Currently only IM 1 is implemented as it's the only one that's normally useful on the Genesis/MD and SMS, but for completeness sake all 3 should be there.

IM 2 was implemented in version 0.6.0. All three interrupt modes are implemented in the new Z80 core, but it is not yet enabled by default.
